Why is Baptism important?

We are learning to understand the importance of baptism.
I know I can do this when I explain the gifts the Holy Spirit given to us at Baptism.

I wish I could keep a dove!

We are learning to recognise how the Holy Spirit is symbolised as a dove in the scriptures.

I know I can do this when I describe how the dove guided Noah in Genesis 8:8-12.

Were you baptised when you were a baby?

WALT understand the importance of the anointing of oil.
I know I can do this when I explain the three sacraments that requires the anointing of the oil.

Do you know how fire, water and wind was used as a sign of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament?

We are learning to understand how fire, wind and water are symbols of the Holy Spirit  in the Old Testament.
I know I can do this when I retell the stories of fire, wind and water from the Old Testament.
