Learn about Tsunami from my diorama!

WALT plan and construct a diorama of a Tsunami.
I know this when I can make and paint parts that I need to put into my diorama.

1.The first diorama is about a Tsunami about to hit two beach houses

2.The second diorama is a diorama that shows how a Tsunami causes.
3. We used tape, shoe boxes, paper, cardboard and paint to make the diorama.

Sunday is awesome!

On Sunday I woke up on 10 am. I raced downstairs and  

had my favourite breakfast it was pancakes with  blueberries, raspberries and maple syrup on the top it. 

It tasted good. 8

After breakfast I ran like a motor bike  to help my dad build a cinema in our big garage. First of all, we lifted the 10 heavy boxes full of cinema seats. It was as heavy as piles of wood.

After the seats we went to buy the big Samsung smart 4d ultra T.V and the speakers. The T.V looked really cool and heavy because it was very very big like a real cinema.

After the hard work, I went to my hip hop dress rehearsal for the competition on the 7th of December. I wore a green hip hop T- shirt, an orange hip hop tie, orange gloves and orange bandanna.

After my rehearsal, we went home to help dad some more but my dad was tired so we had dinner and went to bed with my grandma and my grandpa on the floor because we had no spare beds.

I felt really proud because I helped my dad and I think I did really well in my dress rehearsal.

WALT use the appropriate language features in a recount.

This is what you do during a Tsunami

• Move inland and higher land immediately.

• If you can see the waves, then you are too close to escape it.

• Stay away from the beach.

• Evacuate immediately.

• Take your animals with you.

• Never go down to the beach to watch a Tsunami come.

My Awesome day on Sunday

Sunday recount

On Sunday I woke up on 6 am because we had to go to the Auckland Universal healing church

to heal my assma. First in the church the priest from Brazil came up to the church and we standed up and went to the front because the priest said to come.

He did a prayer for all of the people in the church , then he said “put your hands on your heart and close your eyes” because he was going to tell the story of Jesus on the bible.

After that he was going say what’s going to happen next Sunday, then he said “ close your eyes and talk to God what you are worried about” and I told God what I was worried about.

Next he anointed us with oil and he said that someone is going to give out some oil to everyone  me and mum goted two oils.

After that the mass was over and everyone lined up to get healed by the priest after that it was our turn he healed me first by hugging me very tight and he was telling God, heal this child so he can breath better.

Then it was my mums turn the priest put his hand on my mums head and said a prayer, after that we went home and got changed because my auntie was going to take me, my little sister and my cousins to the show.

When we reached to the building where the Disney on ice was we waited outside for 20 minutes then finally we went inside and I saw a big big big! crowd over there and my cousin saw red ice thats where the Disney people will ice skate.

On 5 minutes later the show started when some green armies from Toy story came marching while singing an army song then suddenly Jessie the cowgirl also from Toy story came saying yea hah and also Woody the cowboy and they all sang the Toy story song.

When the Toy story show was over Mickey, Donald, Minnie and Goofy. They said what the next story was it was Tangled. First on the story was when the prince on Tangled was looking around then suddenly Rapunzel came with a pan and hit the prince and Rapunzel said “do you know where the lanterns are? and the prince said “oh yes the lanterns floats up when it’s the lost princes birthday, Rapunzel said “ can you take me there?

the prince said “yes” and they saw the lanterns and they sang a song.

After the Tangled show the peter pan show started when peter pan was flying on the stage like he had real pixie dust on his body then suddenly Tinker bell came flying on the stage as well then she dropped some pixie dust on the stage and it sounded like sparkles.

After that Tinker bell said that some pirates have stole the babies and then peter pan went to the pirates Jolly roger and gotted the babies really quietly so the pirates won’t get him and he said I got the babies, after that the giant Disney castle came and lot’s of fireworks came

And the Disney on ice show was over.

Frosty Frost

FROST Frosts only show up on winter because it only forms in very cold weather. Frost is white because crystals contain air. If it’s hot the frost will melt into water. Frost can form at night time.Frost can be on the ground or on trees they can be on houses and roads and cars. Frost will form depending on the amount of moisture in the air. Blow wind blow!!

Wind is air that moves. Where there is a strong wind, it means the air is moving quickly; where there is light wind, it means the air is moving slowly.

We get wind because some places are warmer than others. When the warm air heats up, it becomes light and rises. Then the cool air moves in to replace it.

The wind blowing from the north is called the Northerly. The wind blowing from the south is called the Southerly. Wind can make whistling sounds.

You can’t see wind but you can feel wind when it blows around your hair. We can tell which way the wind is going by a wind cone the wind cone blows left or right when there is wind.

Strong wind can turn a windmill to make flour. Wind is important because it helps us to circulate the air around us and keeps us cool.

Why do we have heart beats

Why do we have hearts beats? Our heart pushes and pumps blood around our body. The heart pumps oxygen-rich blood through tiny tubes that lead to every part of our body. Our heart beats fast when we run or jump. Our heart is important because if it has a damage heart we may have a heart attack or die. Down below is an example of a heart: We have to take care of our heart and keep our heart safe by drinking lots of water, eating healthy food and not eating lollies, junk food, fizzy drinks or fatty foods. We have to look after our heart by doing exercises like going on a walk, jump jam, running, yoga and do sports like basketball or have a jump on a trampoline, play soccer and netball.
